Reason number one, means that you come to the business primarily to change quadrants-to change from the E (Employee) or the S (Self-employed) quadrant to the B (Business owner) or I (Investor) quadrant.

This change is normally very difficult for most people-because of money. The true E or S quadrant person will not work unless it is for money. This is also what causes people to not reach the top of the network marketing system: they want money more than they want to change quadrants.
A B quadrant or I quadrant person will also work for money, but in a different way. The B quadrant person works to build or create an asset-in this case, a business system. The I quadrant person invests in the asset or the system.

The beauty of most network marketing systems is that you do not really make much money unless you help others leave the E and S quadrants and succeed in the B and I quadrants. If you focus on helping others make this shift, then you will be successful in the business.

As a B or an I, sometimes you don’t get paid for years; this, a true E quadrant or S quadrant person will not do. It’s not part of their core values. Risk and delayed gratification disturb them emotionally.

Delayed Gratification and Emotional Intelligence:

One of the beauties of network marketing is that it focuses on developing your emotional intelligence as well as your business skills.

Emotional intelligence is an entirely different matter from academic intelligence. Remember, there are two reasons required to be successful in network marketing: to help yourself, and to help others. Reason number one means helping yourself get to the B side of the quadrant. What about reason number two?

The beauty of most network marketing systems is that you don’t really make much money unless you help others leave the E and S quadrants and succeed in the B and I quadrants. If you focus on helping others make this shift, then you will be successful in Network Marketing.

If you only want to teach yourself to be a B quadrant and I quadrant person, then a true network marketing system won’t work for you. You may as well go to a traditional business school, which focuses only on you becoming a B quadrant person.

The beauty of a network marketing business is that your goal is to create assets, which are other B’s working under you-and their job is to create other B’s working under them. In traditional business, the focus is for the B to have only E’s and S’s working for them.

The type of business most people and entrepreneurs are taught to build is a business with them at the top and E’s and S’s at the base. The fact of the matter is that most businesses and companies really don’t have room at the top for many other B’s, which is why Robert Kiyosaki strongly recommends that all employees look into network marketing as their own part-time businesses.

The traditional corporate system really is a pyramid, because there are a few B’s and I’s near the top, and more E’s and S’s at the base. A network marketing system is a reverse pyramid: its primary focus is to bring up more and more B’s to the top.

“How do I make more time?” The simple answer is to duplicate yourself. After all, this is the great thing about Network Marketing right?!

Duplicating yourself is the only way to accomplish more and multiply your productivity if you are doing as much as you can yourself productively and efficiently.

Time is the great equalizer when you think about it, because we all have the same amount of it. We all have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.

How time differs from one person in MLM to another falls on how we utilize it. Undoubtedly, it is the most valuable commodity. But if you are productive, efficient and sure you are not wasting it in your MLM business on non result-producing activities, the only way to get more done is to duplicate yourself.

Of course, that is easier said than done. Duplicating yourself and adding people are not the same, so do not confuse the two. In Network Marketing you need people that will offload work from you and duplicate what you do in quality and quantity.
They may never be as good as you, but the objective is to empower people and make them as productive, knowledgeable and self-sufficient as possible to double your productivity.

Do not spend your time with people that are not consistently building their Network Marketing business with a sense of urgency like you are. Your timing can never be dependent on anyone else’s timing!

They become a burden and their lack of productivity will slow you down even more. They must work from a list and you must check their list and monitor their work. In MLM, we call this a daily activity list.

The key to great duplication is finding someone who can practice anticipatory thinking. They are always thinking ahead (anticipating) and they evaluate everything they do as to how it will affect the end result or what the action will cause.
When you delegate in an attempt to duplicate, you cannot just cut the person loose. Now you must initiate and execute the successful formula of offloading responsibility, delegating and duplicating: MEASURE, MONITOR, ADJUST AND CONTROL.
You must measure what they are doing. So to begin with, the assignment must be measurable. If it can’t be measured, it is not defined and might as well not exist (maybe it doesn’t). If you can measure it, you can then monitor it through many different ways.

So you are monitoring what you can measure. If the desired result is not there, you can then ADJUST, by interceding, coaching or working with them to improve the outcome. By adjusting what is being done, you can control the outcome or result and greatly increase what is being produced. If you understand this, you have actually CREATED TIME!

If you are productive and efficient and you add a second person to your MLM organization who is as productive (be satisfied with 50 to 75 percent as effective), you have doubled your time and productivity.

So if you are putting in 20 hours a week and they put in the same, you have 40 hours being put in while you still put in the same 20. If you triple that and have four more people, totaling six, now putting in 20 hours, you are now leveraging 120 hours for the 20 you put in. Of course there is some slippage and it is affected by how well you manage (measure, monitor, adjust, and control).

But before we take this too far or get too excited, FREEZE! Pause! You need to check yourself before you wreck yourself! Most people in Network Marketing have not maxed out their time or productivity. Let’s make sure we are doing the result producing activities and not chasing our tail or just putting time in.

Putting time in is not what counts. What counts are activities that lead to results or increased productivity. I have struggled with this in my Network Marketing organizations for years and have finally reduced it to a formula that made it approximately measurable.

The formula is TQ = GD = V = S. We all put Time (T) in, but the key is the Quality (Q) of time, which makes time multiply itself so it is expressed as an exponent.

An exponent is the number of times a quantity multiplies itself (the ‘power’). The quantification of quality of time is determined by the number of result producing activities accomplished. When you are putting time in to offload responsibility or duplicate how passionate and dedicated you are through others, focusing on result producing activities using anticipatory thinking determines the power of the exponent “Q” (quality of time).

Fundamentally, that comes down to anticipatory thinking where they know the objective and are always thinking ahead as to how what they do affects the result or speeds up accomplishing it.

Time to the exponent of Quality produces or is directly proportional to (in an ideal world equal to) Growth (G) or Productivity. When you are doing that with someone you have taken on to delegate to and duplicate yourself, the Growth and productivity multiplies itself by the amount of Duplication (D).

That quantity in turn translates into Volume (V) or Sales (S) (in your MLM business). That ultimately translates into residual income to you as an independent business owner.

So how do you get more done and make sure you are working at maximum efficiency to achieve result-producing activities?
Well the first thing you learn is you have to clearly know what your goal or vision is. Where are you going and what are you and your team trying to accomplish?

Once you are clear on that and passionately pursue it, you must use anticipatory thinking. How is what I am doing going to affect the result? Am I thinking ahead? Am I missing anything? THINK! THINK! THINK! That is the most important thing. Do not just put time in. Do not wander around looking for something to do or covering your gluteus maximus.

If you are clear and set out to make things happen you are in the top 20 percent in the entire Network Marketing industry.  Now the game starts. How do you get in the top 5 percent productivity-wise?  Because that is where real Network Marketing success lies!

For me, I just CAN’T take seriously the idea of working on ANYTHING that has an income ceiling. I’m going to be very frank with you here in this article because I care about you and because that’s my nature.  I’m just an honest person, and what I’m going to share with you is going to make A LOT of sense.  (and hopefully will be a breath of fresh air from what you’re used too!)

1. You went onto your computer and actually did a search for something that was itching at you to be scratched. Hopefully this article will help you with a solution to that itch.

2. You have goals and dreams and you want to achieve them-NOW-not later on. That is why you did a search online and found this article.

3. You are looking for the truth, for an honest answer and solution to your problems and questions.

Okay, so let’s get right to the point of this article:

What matters in your MLM business?  Is it your product?  Your company? Your trends? Your marketing plan? Your corporate team?

All that stuff does matter…but it doesn’t matter AS MUCH as the two most foundational principles of what really creates success.

You ready?  It’s:

1.  Mindset

2.  Marketing

Those two things RIGHT there are the most powerful abilities you could ever develop to succeed MASSIVELY in ANYTHING you do in life, whether it be your Network Marketing business or anything else for that matter.  I’m not kidding.

When you develop the success mentality, when you understand how creating abundance works, how the law of attraction works, how millionaires THINK…you will bring wealth into your life.

Literally, I owe every last piece of my growth to my understanding of the laws of success.  That understanding is what kept me in the game when my mind wanted to complain, make excuses, give up, or any of those other challenges ALL entrepreneurs will face in their business.

You could have already quit by now right? If you are working very hard, maybe not making much money, and having the people you love tell you “you’re crazy.”

Boy, if there is one young Network Marketing entrepreneur online who seems to be getting a lot of attention, it is Jonathan Budd.  That young guy is everywhere – Most notably known to Google Adwords.  It truly is amazng what he has been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time.

Since I’ve been marketing online since Jonathan Budd was in High School (He is 7 years younger than I am btw ), considering my experience, I’ve been asked about Jonathan several times over the last few months, so I decided to purchase some of his materials and I even took his coveted and now sold out and taken off the market Pay-Per-Click course. The youngest online entrepreneur in the Network Marketing industry that has made it to the seven figure income status may just be Jonathan Budd.  Thousands of network marketers have sought out his guidance, and he has developed a simple marketing system that has aided many of them in their efforts.

That marketing system he created is called 7figurenetworker. I actually signed up for the system, which is a 30 day trial for $1. It is certainly worth the $1 to at least check out his marketing system. The system also has weekly training calls as well as great trainings inside the members area.

Of all the benefits to Jonathan Budds system, I specifically liked his capture page templates that were available for his members to use. You see, when Jonathan Budd started marketing his MLM business online, he created the systems he is now known for as a system his entire team could plug into and use. He is a phenomenal guy when it comes to duplication.

One of the products I bought was a $7 CD course.  Now, just because Jonathan makes a lot of money, though, don’t think that you can buy his $7 CD and all your problems will be solved.  While the training is definately worth the $7 price that Jonathan charges, it doesn’t provide a solution for every problem.  (And who would expect it to, for that price?)

Jonathan has some of the highest ranked websites in the MLM profession, and his business principles are sound in practice.  I’ve spent enough time watching his videos and reviewing his materials over the last month that I can say with absolute certainty that what he teaches will work if someone will put in the kind of effort and determination that online success requires.

What Jonathan Budd is best at now, is teaching people how to be better entrepreneurs. He just happens to focus on MLM/Network Marketing entrepreneurs.

Even though Jonathan covers this in his training, the most common mistake I see his students making is that they don’t discover how to position themselves as a leader the same way that Jonathan does, and they run out of cashflow too early in their business.  In fact, you may wonder if Jonathan will give you what you’re really looking for to help you reach success.  While Jonathan is a great mentor and marketing guru, it is going to be YOUR OWN skill in marketing that will earn you the income that you are looking for.

The unfortunate thing about skill is that it takes persistence, training, and time to develop.

So, what do I see is the DOWNSIDE to what Jonathan does? I see a lot of people on the internet using Jonathan Budd’s marketing system incorrectly.  Rather than taking Jonathan’s knowledge and using it to brand themselves and promote themselves the same way that Jonathan Budd promotes himself, they spend their marketing budget promoting Jonathan and his company instead.

After seriously reviewing his system, Jonathan Budd is certainly not a scam; but if you want to takeover your own Network Marketing company using Jonathan’s techniques, you need to learn to brand yourself as a leader, market yourself online, and promote yourself.

I took a look at his marketing system, and although it is impressive, there is another competing system that allows you to add significantly more value, and has a more comprehensive design structure that will help you create more leads for less money and rank better in the search engines.

That being said, though, I’d have to give Jonathan Budd credit. He is a great industry leader and visionary.
