The first thing you should take into consideration when reviewing Numis Network is the founders of the company. Numis was founded by three entrepreneurs; two of the three started a company called IDSTC, which became a premier provider of technology and software services for the direct selling industry.

You should consider the leadership and history of a company because many companies go out of business before they ever catch momentum and make a difference in the marketplace. Also, many times a business leader who has been successful in other endeavors will start an MLM company and fail to produce results, because MLM companies like Numis operate on different principles than other forms of business. Numis Network has strong corporate leadership with experience in creating successful Direct Sales companies for more than 50 years.

A Review Of Numis’s Compensation Plan

Numis has a ‘Binary’ compensation plan. What that means is that there are two sales organizations that can be built by each distributor in the company, and if you enroll more than two people, you have to place your additional enrollees underneath people that you have previously enrolled.

Binary commission plans have worked very well over the last 10 years in the MLM profession. Although it isn’t my personal compensation preference, I can give you many examples of people in the MLM profession, and also in Numis, who earn significant monthly incomes from Binary Plans.

The advantage to Binary Commission Plans is that it has an ability to create a sense of team synergy. In other words, when you place distributors underneath each other, people tend to get excited quickly. The disadvantage of Numis’s Binary Commission plan is that it can create a false sense of security. People can become lazy, thinking that they’ll get rich from sponsoring only two people, when it is repeatedly demonstrated that even in a Binary plan, the top income earners usually have sponsored 100 distributors or more. Is that a disadvantage? Not at all. I just want you to understand that if you do get involved with the Numis Network opportunity, you are still going to have to work hard and learn to produce results.

A Review Of Numis’s Exclusive Products

According to their website, Numis Network specializes in the highest grade, modern issue coins produced by leading government mints from around the world. This enables them to offer an expanding selection of valuable silver and gold coins that their consumers want.

The company states that “Numis Network only sells coins which have been certified by the largest and most trusted coin grading services.”  The obvious advantage is that graded coins are certified and “ultrasonically encapsulated” for preservation, presentation and long term value. The value of these collectible coins is based not only on their precious metal content, but also on rarity, collector demand, and their actual condition.  The fact that they are certified and graded by experts makes them more valuable than ordinary, un-graded silver or gold bullion type coins.

The coins seem to be of high quality value. But, I am in no way an expert on coins, so you will need to do your research. Next, ask yourself how the products affect the opportunity.  The first question you should ask before you get involved with Numis is, ‘Would I buy these products normally if I was not going to be involved in the opportunity?’  If the answer is no, then you had better steer clear. If you’re serious about getting involved, contact an authorized distributor and try it out for a month. If you don’t find that they produce results for you, don’t join. If however, you thoroughly enjoy the products and you feel passionate about them, Numis Network might be the right company for you.

A Review Of  Numis’s Training

With Numis, normally the majority of distributors build their business using ‘old school’ tactics. It’s important to understand that although old school tactics work for some people, most people who are under 40 won’t have very good results today using home meetings, hotel meetings, and other kinds of traditional strategies. The reason for this is that most younger people don’t have the kind of contacts and sphere of influence that it takes to build a business like this, and when they attempt it, they fall flat.

I wanted to continue my discussion and review on the much talked about and promoted company, The Numis Network.

One of the biggest mistakes that many people who are new to the Numis Network business makes is that they don’t train their team properly, in a way that produces dramatic and lasting results.  Too often, Numis distributors assume that they can just get started, recruit a bunch of people, and they will automatically start getting huge monthly residual checks.

Also, there’s a problem with the way a lot of distributors in Numis train where they sponsor only a few distributors into their team and then assume that they can baby their team and be successful in the company from the efforts of just a handful of people.

The biggest message you should get from this article is that when you’re training your new Numis Network distributors, you need to learn to have a balance between personal production and training or you’re not going to achieve dramatic and lasting success with the company.

One of the advantages of the Numis opportunity is that there is a binary compensation plan, meaning that you only have two teams to focus on when you’re building your business.  However, just because you only have to build two teams doesn’t mean that you can build a Numis business by only recruiting and training two people.  If your team doesn’t see you personally producing, they will stop producing themselves.  Let me give you 3 tips that will help you stay on task, and train your Numis Network team at the same time.

1.  Focus 80% or more of your attention on personally sponsoring new Numis distributors.  If you’re focused on anything but recruiting, your team will copy you and stop recruiting themselves.  The first step to training your Numis Network team is to set an example by producing enough personally.

2.  Focus 19% of your attention on training your new people to get them up and running.  If you focus too much of your attention on new people, you won’t have time to be productive in your business, but if you don’t put enough energy into them, they’ll never get the details of the business and they’ll quit before they start.  Most of your training should revolve around proven methods to sponsor new distributors, since that is the lifeblood of your whole Numis business.

3.  Focus only 1% of your attention on details, and outsource the rest to more capable individuals.  This is one of the most important things that leaders do in Numis, they stay focused on production by allowing details to be handled by the company and the customer support team.  The only way to stay focused on building a business is to outsource the details to others.

Notice that 99% of all of the attention I have allocated is towards productive activities that increase your bottom line.  You need to focus in Network Marketing if you ever intend on creating long term, residual income, and training your Numis Network distributors by being productive yourself is no exception to the rule.
